Hello my lovelies!

You may have seen over on my social channels that we have been hatching a very exciting series of events by the name of Self Love Sunday and we have just released the tickets for our first one on Sunday 24th March!

Regular readers of my blog will know just how important I think self love is, and how as mums often we can be severely lacking in it, so I have co-curated this event along with my self love partner in crime – Self Love Coach Aliya of  Hayya Health – to bring you this extra special afternoon to make time for yourself.

And so with that said, welcome to Self Love Sunday, an afternoon to unplug from the hectiness of life and fill up your cup. Loving yourself is the best thing you can ever do for yourself, so join us for three blissful hours of self love at the Winchester Room at The Turk’s Head, St Margaret’s in South West London and immerse yourself in all things feel good.

Featuring a self love panel with award winning author Katja Berg, free treatments and relaxation therapies, holistic health and wellbeing tips and lots more to leave you feeling loved and recharged.

We’re also excited to announce that 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to #TeamMum, – an incredible campaign by improving the lives of new mums in Kenya.
