Dressing dad in three easy steps

It’s an ongoing joke in this household…our resident dad who used to be the epitome of hip has since fatherhood – guess what – been dressing like a right old daddy. Well, I say it’s time to change that, so it’s time for this mum to have her say on dressing dad in three easy steps, so here goes:

Step one: Some baller t-shirts

Step away from the Jack Daniels t-shirt now daddy! What you need is some non-protocol tees and for that, there’s no better from the likes of Scotch & Soda who instantly infect unsuspecting dads with a little Amsterdam hip.

Step two:  Some super fly knits

As far as knits and dads go, fellas….please let’s just step away from the browns and greys yeah? Go on and live a little…and pop some colour back into your wardrobe…it’s only a bit of blue after all. Something like this number from House of Fraser should do the job nicely.

Step three: Some pimp trousers

Well dads, you could spend your whole life in jeans…or throw caution to the wind and embrace the new and rather hot version of chinos that appear to be floating around like these ones from Selected Homme @ ASOS…go on, I dare you!
