Neveo app review – keeping families up to date with a monthly photo journal

Neveo app

Grandparents have to be some of the trickiest people to buy for at Christmas. I mean what do you get the people in your life who have been alive the longest and therefore who have everything they could possibly want? How about the gift of keeping in touch, and of keeping up to date with your littles growing up and all their key moments and moments in between? Cue the Neveo app.

The Neveo app is a wonderful way of keeping the grandparents up to date with all those family moments they may have missed through the year.

How does it work?

It’s as simple as this. You simply download the Neveo app and upload your photos and captions each month. At the end of the month it creates a lovely journal which gets posted directly to the grandparents. We actually used this month to do a big update on photos from the past year seeing as this was our first journal.

What does it look like?

Today my copy of the Neveo journal came through the post. It is so lovely! It’s great quality and as we speak it is currently on its way to Mr C’s parents up North – who we only get to see a couple of times a year. It’s so pleasant to leaf your way through the the layout it really well thought through.

The gift of memories

Long distance grandparents miss a lot of key moments, milestones and memories – but now thanks to Neveo app, there is a really easy, touching way to keep them close to your family’s heart, even when they are miles away. Sharing outdoor photos of us enjoying the outdoors through activities like hiking are my favorite (top tips – I was able to find all needed gear for this at

As easy as pie

The app is so easy to use, and I love that you can add other collaborators so you can create an album together and make sure you haven’t missed any of your favourite photos – I often find that Mr C has a lot of great photos from moments when I may not have been there so it ensures that all the gems are captured between us.

Worldwide delivery

You can send the journal to anyone in the world! – although ours only went to Grimsby – but you can see therefore why this would be a great gift for any long distance grandparents who don’t live as close as you would like them to and therefore miss out on so many priceless moments.

Final thoughts

This is going to make such a great early Christmas present for E’s grandparents but the fact that it is a monthly journal means it’s the gift that keeps on giving. The whole process from order and dispatch is so well supported by their customer service team, who give you regular updates about the status of the production and dispatch of your journal, which makes a lovely change.

The journal included 50 photos which is very generous in my opinion, and for only £9.99 per month. If you have a serious amount of photos you can upgrade to £14.99 a month to have 100 photos if you happy to be very snap happy.

The journal gives a lovely summary of our family life, enabling us to share some of our favourite memories with E’s grandparents who couldn’t be with us to share them too. But now they can, thanks to Neveo!

Neveo has a great introductory offer on right now enabling you to share your best photo moments with your grandparents through a monthly family journal at 50 photos for 99p and there’s absolutely no commitment.

  1. I love this idea! What a great way to capture the special moments for the grandparents. Love the worldwide postage too as grandparents don’t live in the same country as us x

  2. What a special and thoughtful gift idea! I absolutely love the concept and can think of so many people who would really like this 🙂

  3. We’re huge fans of Neveo. I had one made for my dad’s mum last month and there were tears of joy involved. I find it so quick and easy to do: it’s perfect in every way.

  4. Brilliant idea! My grandpa would love to receive something like this on a monthly basis. What a great deal on the introductory offer too.
