Why did we create Self Love Sunday?

Did you know that three in four Britons feel overwhelmed by stress? Meanwhile, good self-esteem is linked to positive mental health outcomes. That’s why under the umbrella of Self Love Today, we created Self Love Sunday to provide a positive space for people to step away from the exhausting nature of life, and provide an opportunity for self-celebration through a series of self-care and self-love workshops. What people have to say about Self Love Sunday

“A fantastic excuse to jump off that crazy hamster wheel of life and take a little time to stop and think about yourself. The workshops were well varied and presented brilliantly. I LOVED the session by Hayya Health titled ‘Self-care for busy people’. We had great fun, laughed until our bellies hurt and was even inspired to start painting again. Something I’ve always enjoyed doing but felt I ‘never had time’.”

“Self Love Sunday is the most wonderfully indulgent 4 hours of escapism a frazzled lady could ask for. Massage, breathing & meditation, essential oils and more – it was just what I needed to remind myself I deserve some time for me!”
