Regular followers of my blog may remember that three months ago, after battling with post partum hair loss which seemed to never stop having had my daughter four years ago, I was invited to try out the TRX2 Hair Regimen by Oxford Biolabs to see whether it could signal the end of my hair loss woes. You can catch up on my introductory post here.
For three months, I have been applying the Hair Revitalizing Foam day and night (ok, I admit, as a frazzled mum, I sometimes forgot but hey, I’m only human) and taking the daily Molecular Hair Growth supplements to see whether this could put a stop to the ridiculous amounts of hair I was shedding every single day. I had even been tempted at one stage to look at websites selling hairpieces for men and women as I began to envision a future with increasingly little hair.
Before I started on this journey, this is what my hair looked like – dry, dull, thin, pretty pathetic and rather far removed from the notion of luscious locks.
Before I get on to showing you the results I just want to give you a quick recap on the products….
The first supplement to contain Potassium chloride, L-carnitine- L-tartrate, BCAA and Nicotinic Acid delivered as a proprietary potassium channel-stimulating complex. The topical foam
TRX2® Hair Revitalising Foam is based on the same effective formula as TRX2® food supplement. It contains Potassium chloride, Carnipure™ tartrate (L-carnitine – L-tartrate), BCAA and niacin delivered via a proprietary potassium channel — stimulating complex. TRX2® Foam also contains Biotin, which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. TRX2® Hair Revitalising Foam is a topical solution produced using naturally-based ingredients. It is developed for use on the scalp to nourish hair follicles.
I have to state here – this is not something you will see instant results on. I guess it takes a while for your body to respond. But within the first month I started to see changes. Here’s what happened over the course my three month hair rescue journey….
- Less hair falling out – no more insane amout of hair in the plughole or all over the floor
- Better growth rate – my hair would normally take forever to grow. I noticed it was actually growing at a faster rate.
- Healthier hair – my hair actually started looking and feeling good! Thicker, healthier, less brittle and a better version of itself.
Here’s some recent after photos which I think you will agree, you can see the difference in:
Starting to look better…..
Well hello again beautiful hair….
My hair is practially va-va-vooming by Christmas!
Now I know that the reviews online have been mixed, but all I know is that my hair has not only stopped falling out at a worrying rate but also seems to much healthier, thicker and vibrant.
It’s a subtle change that has a compounding effect over time. I don’t think it’s something that you can just take for a month and hope to see results with, and I guess that’s why the naysayers are naysaying it! And that’s probably why I was asked to try it out for three months, because after two – three months that’s when I really started noticing the difference.
So the upshot is, it worked for me and if you’re a mum shedding hair left, right and centre I would seriously recommend you give a three month course of TRX2® a try because finally, I have hair that I can be proud of again! WOO!
If you’re thinking of trying TRX2® then now is a great time to do so because they have a fab offer on where you can save £117.48 with their Holiday Special – order a TRX2 Classic Pack and get 3 Foams absolutely free.
