  2. Collagen affects so much, doesn’t it? I have hEDS, which is a genetic condition that affects the connective tissue and collagen in my body. As a result my ligaments are all too loose and my joints often pop put of place, my skin is stretcher than usual, and my nails are super soft and bendy. It took me years to connect all the dots!
